Breastfeeding
I have twins. The breast are full of milk but when the baby sucks the milk doesn't come out. The babies were in nursery for the first 15 days and I had given them feed through pump as I was not able to visit them due to high BP and other problems of C section. I am fine now, milk is also coming but it is in the form of drops rather than full fledged and hence when the kid suck they are not getting milk. Kindly help the babies are 4 week old now

This is happening because baby is not able to latch properly and attachment of bay and positioning is not good.
Meet your lactation consultant or pediatric doctor.
Or nurses in NICU, they will be able to help...
