Dear Mother First of all giving breast feeding at 3 years of age baby is a heavy burden on mother, it will drain all calcium and nutrient from mothers body Home remedies for constipation are giving honey or asli ghee in food It will help

Should stop breastfeeding. Dairy, bakery products and non veg to be avoided.
