Breastfed baby stool smel
Hi my baby is 3 months exclusively Breastfed. Past two days his stool is four smelling yellow colour Nd semisolid type. Is it something to worry. He is normal and active and feeds well

In an exclusively breast fed toddler smelling of stool has no relation to the well being if he is otherwise well and gaining weight. Not to worry.

Continue breast feeding.
