Breast tenderness and pain
I have missed my period and my breasts are paining...can be it a sign of pregnancy..though I don't have other symptoms at all.

Only way to be sure either way is to do a urine pregnancy test....breast tenderness can happen just before menses also... connect with me for further query

Yes sometimes only this can be a sign of pregnancy.
Better do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home since you have already missed your periods.

In early pregnancy or before getting period breast discomfort can happen. Do a pregnancy test.
