My mother is having pain on her breast which comes and goes there is no lump on breast is there anything to worry?is it due to acidity?

You should get an ultrasound or a mammogram done for her depending upon her age. It could be due to the hormonal changes in the breast issue which happen cyclically.Consult a specialist personally and get a detailed check up done.
