  4. Breast pain. Just my periods arriving?

My last period was from 13 march 2024 to 18 march 2024 and i had unprotected sex on 23 march and took contraceptive pill within 6 hours. My breast started hurting after 1 week and there was bleeding or spotting of blood on 3rd and 4th of april and my breast pain also start reducing however. It still hurts but not unless i press them. It hurts especially in lower portion of my both breast. i am feeling no nausea and no discharge.  Also i am experiencing light cramping in my uterus. I can't take pregnancy test as of now due to some situation. So is this pregnancy or just my periods arriving?
