Breast pain
Help. I'm 40 yrs old. Have regular menstrual cycle every 35 days.  Have a cold as well who's 4 yes old. I have been experiencing breast pain off late for the last few weeks. I usually have pain before my menstrual cycles. It's due in 16 days. The pain however has been there for the last one week and continues to be there. I have examined myself and there are no lumps or anything. I also have a bit of back pain on and off. This also happens ten days before my period normally but it's been there for sometime now. The side of my right breast hurts the most but the pains there in both breasts. Could this be a perimenopause symptom or hormonal changes cos of age. Please advise. Thank you.
