Hello, I sheetal 27 yr old , from last few months I m suffering from breast pain ( Right side). No other symptoms observed till now except swelling in breast ,pain in arms ,shoulder and neck.

You mean a swelling is palpable in breast right... Malignancy is rare at this age.. But get a sonomammogram done and consult a doctor.. Could be cyclical mastalgia or fibroadenoma
