Breast lump
Past 3.5year back I found lump in my breast which is small when I visited to doctor she told this a fibrodenoma nothing to worry but now past 6month it increases in size and easily visible outside, stony and fixed I'm unmarried and doctor saying now for surgery.
The lump does not give me pain but I feel a lump (sensation in lump ).
I took homeopathic medicine and the size start reducing but my right side face tooth start paining so I stopped taking.
Kind check the image and suggest.It would really helpful and great as my parents are worried about my marriage and health.

Based upon the above findings
The larger mass wirh micro calcification is likely to be a neoplastic mass, it would be wise to get it surgically removed
While the smaller mass seems to be a fibroadenoma which can be left alone
Next Steps
still it would be better to get a MRI done as it is more sensitive test and take a second opinion from a general surgeon
