I've been experiencing an aching type pain in both breasts for a few weeks along with an itching sensentation which feels like it under the skin. On observation of my breasts this evening I have noticed that one breast has dropped whilst the other has changed shape (less rounded). I also have a small oval shaped lump in one of my armpits. Is this something I should consult a GP on or is it considered normal. I'm a 30 year old female. Thank you
