Breast engorgement
Hi doctor,
I am mother of 5 month old baby. I am away from him for 1 day so can't breastfeed and also I don't have breast pump along with me.. breast lump is getting form and it is paining . I am not even able to move as there is lot of pain in breast.
Please suggest me something???

Keep warm wet napkin on your your breast for 10 -15 minutes and try to manually express your milk. In case of too much of pain you can take paracetamol.

You need to consult a Lactation Consultant as early as possible.
If you are not feeding him you should express the milk out.

Hi. Massage you breast. Take a painkiller ( ibuprofen) and after15-20 min, express the milk. After that regularly express the milk to prevent from accumulating
