Breast and nipple pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have had continuous pain in left breast since June,10.The first time it started 3 days before menstruation in May and went away as soon as bleeding started.I was diagnosed with 6.540 underactive thyroid. doctor checked manually for lumps but didn't find any.But the left nipple is often perked and I feel sensation in it. Lower left breast hurts to touch.Nipple has come slightly upwards, too.No discharge noticed otherwise.am I OK?Weight 60kgs, height 5.1"
