Breakouts on Penile Shaft head.
I have had a breakout on my penis, first under the penis head, which looked very much like pimples and were very painful. And now directly on the penis head there are rashes and smelly discharge and it is hurting if I touch the area or if I pull back the foreskin. I do not have history of any STI or infection.

It appears to be 'genital herpes', a viral infection. Anyhow consult a dermatologist and take treatment.
