BRCA1 Positive B/C
Hello, I was recently diagnosed with BRCA1+ ve ER+ve(40%) PR-ve and Her2-ve, grade 3 breast cancer. I did lumpectomy with 4+12Chemo, tumor size was 2*1.5*0.8 which shrunk to half in first four chemos and it showed complete pathological response. What are the chances of recurrence of the cancer. I feel very scared as I am BRCA+ve. Is there any hope? I am 33 years old.

If there is complete pathological response, chances of recurrence is less
U may need hormonal therapy as well as parp inhibitors
