Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Who has suggested you surgery? You can ask him itself. There are many neurosurgeons in india. Why don't you consult a neurosurgeon in AIIMS or any good hospital near you. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
