Brain issue
My mother is mentally not well for last 10 years
She talk to herself and laugh unconsciously without any reason
And does not do any household work like cooking, cleaning ect.
We have diagnose her before bt only slight difference has been seen..
Only when untill medicine goes on
Since last year she is continuously refusing to visit to hospital for checkup.
So we are just giving her same medicines as before prescribed by doctor.

She has been showing signs of aberrant behaviour and psychosis. She should get mri brain to exclude any organic brain disease. And then start treatment depends on the diagnosis.
