Brain cancer patient
Dear Doctor, My brother Sudhir is suffering from brain cancer which is 4th stage glyoblastoma. He has undergone 12 cycles of chemo as well as 6 weeks radiation and the cancer started spreading to the spine. 2 days ago it appears his brain has gone into over drive and he continuously talking without a break. He hasn't slept in two nights and now is unable to even recognise the people around him . His body is fatigued and he now isn't even able to speak clearly but still doesn't stop speaking random things . He has pretty much lost all memory of the past few days Would appreciate some help

This is a terminal stage where cure is not possible. Give him good quality of life in his terminal phase by reducing his symptom burden. For these a doctor specialized in palliative medicine will guide you. Ask your cancer doctor to involve  a palliative medicine specialist  in your brothers management.
