Class II malocclusion are usually camouflaged by removing two upper premolars and pushing your upper teeth back by braces. Damon braces are one of the best in the market. Theres nothing better than that but at a high cost. Ceramic braces are especially  advisable for adult patients who donot want others to know that they are wearing braces. The cost of these braces will be around 50000-100000.

In case of class two occlusion extraction is mandatory where as ceramic braces are all time better as it is not so visible compared to metal braces and ceramic braces do not bit on lip tissue as metal one .
