Bra wearing or not
Is it benificial to wear a bra as now my breast are growing stage i am teenager girl and my school friends told me to wear bra instead of simple sando under my uniform to protect my breast and devloping in good shape? So at which age i can start to wear bra and which type of bra should i wear?

You can wear a training bra. Breast shape and size is genetic but good support definitely helps. You can try for a normal bra as well, if you can get it in your size. Go for a non padded non wired one. It's will be more comfortable for you
