Kindly let me know the BP, sugar and thyroid function values so that I can let you know if the above are under control. Please do not combine allopathic and Ayurvedic Medicine. Maintain a diet with very little rice only in the afternoon and a diet based on wheat, Ragi and well cooked vegetables. Avoid sugar, sweets and fruits. Once I know the exact sugar values I can further advice on what fruits can be consumed.
Next Steps
Please get a FBS, PPBS and Hba1c test done to know if the sugars are under control. Also get a T3, T4 and TSH test for thyroid function.
