Bp reading

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My bp was high about 140 by 100 so i take continuos reading 6-7 time within 5 min.suddenly i feel bad in my heart.is this due to that or something other problem in heart.plz reply soon

Hello....... You should check in the interval of at least 5 to 6 hours.. If check in 5 minutes interval it gives the same reading.. At this age essential hypertenion is uncommon so check blood pressure in different occasions like before sleeping after rising from bed. In afternoon.. If it's persistently high consult general physician.
