BP medication
When BP was 170/110 my sister 46 year old was suggested Telista H and now after 6 days BP is 135/88 but pulse is around 120 is any other medicine to be added?

Till now no needed You nedd to do some test Later on proper checking of bp can lead to reduction of drugs or doses

Hi,change  BP tab.take tab tells beta 50 after  breakfast.

Kindly wait for 2 weeks of total taking medication. If still pulse increased need to change medicine accordingly

Use plain telmisartan instead of the H component. The increased heart rate is due to hydrochlorthiazide.
