Hi, Today I had completed my dnr at 8.30 pm and went to bed at 9.45 pm...At 10.30 pm I thought to chk my BP and I have  the attached report. Please chk the attachment and let me know Do I  need to worry ???

You haven't mentioned what your baseline BP is. You need to inform about regular BP so as to compare if it has increased or decreased.

It's Normal No need to worry Good that you have a BP apparatus at home and aware of the fact that BP measurement is essential after 40 years of Age
