BP has been rising upto 220
Hello Doctor, My father in law goes for dialysis weekly once and his BP is rising up to 220/90-100 on and off.sometime during dialysis and sometimes at home.intially he took nexovas 20 mg which didnt suit him  then he was taking nicardia 30mg for BP but as he felt joint pain he switched to another med. Now he is advised to take alkamine every 6 hours. please tell me if this is the right medicine as he has chronic ckc. Also if you can suggest any other medicine which is suitable for him, as every 6 hours taking a medicine we are unable to maintain the timings.  .thank you

Arkamine will be required in these cases to decrease the BP. Once it's controlled u can consult your Nephrologist and try reducing the dosage
