Hello Doc, My son doesn't go to potty everyday Can you suggest any syrup for good bowel movement so that he develops going to potty everyday.

Give him adequate fiber diet and adequate water , Avoid bakery foods and biscuits

Hi , potty training has to be done in a relaxed way for the kid Gently encourage him to go to rest room after taking food at a particular time in a day, regularly This regular habit is necessary as the child start going to school Medications are not necessary Please ensure the child takes adequate fruits, vegetables and plenty of water, so that the stools are not hard
