Both renal pelvis are borderline dilated
Hello doctor,
I am 20 weeks pregnant and I have gone through my level 2 ultrasound.
My report says-
Both renal pelvis are borderline dilated. Right renal pelvis A.P. Diameter is 4 mm.
Left renal pelvis A.P. diameter is 3.9.
No hydronephrosis seen.
Upper ureters are not dilated .
Bladder is visualized not distended.
Please suggest is there any risk factor in my child.

Not to worry much at present..make pediatrics available after delivery and evaluate your child after delivery...

Hi. If there is no other associated problem then nothing to worry . In the next scan it will be cheked again.
