I've been having both knee problems i.e. damages (Dr. says for replacement through operations. I have been having a sugar & bp patient.

First of all try physiotherapy and walking aids to improve your strength and mobility. If even after trying it for sometime, if your health permits and your condition doesn't improve then you might consider surgery.

Hi, this is a very common problem. Do Physiotherapy for atleast 3 months before taking decision of operation . All the best :)

At the age of 74 i would not recomend any surgery unless the pain is unbbareable. Instead go for physiotherapist and take trtmnt
