I have a problem in my foot I can't walk for the passed few days because of my sprain and its swelling please help me I can't stand and walk

ankle binder, ice , rest, NSAIDS for a wk

Did u had any trauma like twisting ? Kindly apply ice n keep leg elevated while sleeping ove two pillow. If still persist kindly get xray done
