I don't understand that, how to take bone TB medicines ( 4 tablets daily as per dots center's advise) supplied by dots. All four tablets together or one tablet at morning, noon, night...

You can take them together or separately in the morning, noon and night.
But make sure you take all the tablets as advised daily. Do NOT miss any dose. Otherwise, your TB may become resistant to treatment!
