  4. Bone TB of Spine. Something alarming?

Bone TB of Spine
My father age 72 is suffering from bone tb of spinal. He is undertaking AKT-4 medicine for the last 2 week . As of now his SGPT is 349 , SGOT is 235 ,Total bilirubin 1.23 , globulin 3.5. is this something alarming ? and what should be done please suggest
