Bone health
Dear sir/ mam kindly advise regarding a potent vegetarian medicine for bone health which contain calcium vitamin d3 magnesium zinc & vitamin k, which ican take through life to maintain my vitamin d3 levels & bone health, as i rarely get to go & sit in and most of the time i am in my office or indoors. U can take natural calcium etc in form of Prabal pisti 250 gm. OD with milk or water or honey,Take coconut water, massage weekly in ⛅ with olive oil,
