While i was playing football at my school i fell down on my side, resulting in dislocation of my bone from the knee. My teacher located the bone back to its position from then after consulting a local doctor i have been on bed reset for 3-4 days . If i walk sometimes the bone moves again sideways like its going to dislocate again . What should i do
