Boils on tongue for more then 2 months now, already on multi vitamin but the problem persists. looks like infection rather then vitamin deficiency

Can't say for sure without looking. Would have been helpful if you could load a picture. If the boils are persistent, u need to rule out fungal infection and treat accordingly
