Boils on left hand palm and near wrist. What is this called? Very painful if anything touches. Refer to attached photos.

This looks like herpes zoster. And pian is common in this. The pain needs to be treated as it may get worse. Please call me or contact using online consult option for proper examination and treatment advice.
