Boils in pubic area

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been getting big and small boils in pubic area as well as near vagina. These are pain full. Initially red in colour later they get pus in it. I had lot of medications still my condition is same. What is it ?? Why they occurs mostly before my menstrual cycle specifically?? Its very hard to walk when these pimples or boils get bigger as they are too pain full.
