Boil like structure under arm pit of bab
Hello Doc,
My baby has a white pimple like structure under his left arm pit since a month now. We thought it to go of its own and didn't consult earlier a doc for d same.
Please check the attached picture and let me know what it is and what can be applied. Thanks in advance.

It's a pustule, since it's single can apply mupirocin ointment,no oral medication required

This looks like a small pustule
If there is no pain you can ignore it .
Wash well with soap and water and apply T- Bact ointment once a day
