Boil inside bladder painful extreme cut

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi , so i had two boils inside the vagina, o e of them burst and then it was fine. The other one stayed for a week or two and then burst 2 days ago, and since the it is as if the skin is torn from that side and whenever i pee it passes through that cut. Now this cut has been extremely painful since past two days. And it continues, im nit being able to walk sit sleep or anything. Please help me with any suggestion. Bcoz im falling apart now.
