Hi  welcome - you need high calorie diet enrichment with protien. So add 2 eggs whole,fish, chicken 5pcs in week, sweets,pudding, yogurt, plenty of vegetables all,potatoes, all fruit mostly banana 2 pxs,also shake,milk 400 ml & 50 gm chana & 50 gm curd. All more you can add, sleep more, add kabipro whey protein two times with milk

You eat soya protein in a form of atta, chaap, take egg protein(4)/ day. Eat daal in alunch with light veg n 2-3 chapatis. Milk 2 /day(hot or cold). Peanuts roasted with salad veg.
