Dear Friend, You might be suffering from a viral infection, but given the fact that you are Chennai, where dengue and Malaria are rampant, I suggest you get a blood test CBC, Serology for dengue and urine RE done. Till the reports are ready take any routine fevere medicine available over the counter.
