Coolers do cause bodyache, muscular pains and even enhance risk of fungal infections. Take dolocide m.r. one every 8 hours for 4 days  after meals. You seem to be in perimenopause age and that could be contributing to bodyache. Do blood sugar both fasting and post meal, Haemoglobin. Take tab shelcal 300mg one morning for 30 days. Syp Livogen 5ml morning and evening for 15 days

This can happen due to direct flow of cool air from cooler to body. Avoid direct flow of air from coolers to body for longer time. Also since you're taking medication for pcos and thyroid, get that checked timely. Connect for further discussions.
