Body Twitching & Hairloss

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Acute hairloss..uncontrollable eyelid twitching.. mostly left side..lasting for a minute..neck twitching..occasional swelling near throat muscles above collar..muscle stiffness..hands and legs..my TFT report says thyroid is normal..plz suggest me a specific test to acknowledge my medical condition.
