Body shivering

Asked for Male, 58 Years

My wife is getting shivering attack since yesterday afternoon whole body starts to shiver and she feels very cold have given her paracetamol after one hour she is ok.This is happening regularly from yesterday in 12 hrs interval Please advise what could be this all about.The fever is not very high but pulse rate is around 90 and oxygen level 92 while shivering. After taking medicine with in an hour everything is normal Please advise Thanks
