Asked for Female, 26 Years

My mom is 45 years old suffering from diabetes from last 6 years and on medication...she is having balancing problems of eyes and sensation in hand and legs...unka sar bhi ghoomta hai Aisa lagta hai...hands or foot nails jhapakte hai and in one ear heaviness feeling...why so?...She has consulted ENT and diabetes Dr. They have prescribed her antibiotics and SR pevesca tablet Also but no results.Plz help...
