I am so slim, and I want to become healthy so I decided to do exercise and I am doing exercise in gym from last 3 month my instructor suggested me to take 'portion supplement' for height and health growth. So I want to know that the 'protion supplement' is safe for me...? There is any harmful side effects...?

Hello you mean protein supplement I guess, ders nothing harm in taking protein supplements but it should be in a limit or else your kidney functions will be affected consult dietitian or physician for further queries.
