Body pimples and scare
I am suffering from body pimple for 10 years.it only happens on arms and back cause of that lot of scares are there.Please suggest to get a permanent solution

Various treatment available. But should avoid get it treated by quacks and medical store people. Go to your dermatologist as per your convenience.

Greetings. Acne is a chronic problem. You may need a few medications and lifestyle changes for long term improvement. The following would help you : 1. Daily use of gel based sunscreen in day time of SPF 30 applied half hour before sun exposure on exposed areas to prevent darkening of spots. 2. Daily bed time use of retinoid cream over affected areas will reduce acne and oiliness 3. since you have body acne - Antibiotic agents short course- prescribed by dermatologist for controlling out bursts . benzoyl peroxide based creamy wash would also help 4. Evaluation by dermatologist for any other trigger 5. Kindly read my blog on daily skin care on Practo health feed.
