Body pains and lack of sleep in 3rd trim

My wife is in 3rd trimester pregnancy 27 weeks and 4 days. She is not getting sleep in the night time. She is having breast pain, hands pain and body pains as per her. She is 5'4" and 87 kgs now. Before pregnancy she 70kgs How to reduce these symptoms.please suggest us.
