Body pain and tiredness
I have asked about body pain and tiredness in previous query, thank you all for the valuable suggestions, it means a lot at this time. I have one more clarification, in my previous query I mentioned like had fever before 10 days, recovered now, but getting body pain and tiredness on and off, doctors are advised to take multivitamin and vitamin C. As of now I am taking zincovit syrup, started taking beflex forte tablet from today, apart from this what can I take as vitamin c supplement? I read like beflex forte has vitamin C, is that enough or I should take additional vitamin C supplements. Kindly advice which tablet should I take for vitamin c. Can I take paracetamol for body pain or it's not necessary?
