Body pain and fever in 28w3d of pregnanc

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi.. I am currently 28w3d pregnant. Also have gestational diabetes. Since 5am I m having bodypain and little fever. At 10am after breakfast I took 1 paracetamol. Now again I feeling the same. Although I checked my temperature it is 98.8. So, please guide me what to do.

Any type of fever in pregnancy is not good so it is better to get yourself clinical examine by your doctor and accordingly she can prescribe you what more medications you need to take
