I am going to be 28 and I see that there is a change in my moods these days . It's hormonal I understand. Sometimes I feel that I have physical needs . I don't have a partner . I want to know how can I suppress these physical body needs which I get . And would there be consequences if I try to do that cuz anything natural if we try to suppress then it has its own effects. Do we have a medicine for it ?

It's totally fine to have physical needs.
We can discuss about it. You can visit for consultation in Dr. Monga Medi clinic with Dr. Jyoti Arora Monga.

I can understand your feelings
It's something natural, you cannot get rid of it
If you will try to suppress it, will definately have side effects as it will be something non natural
Don't try anything

Your mood and feelings are normal at this age. Don’t try to use any medication to suppress it, because that can cause side effects. Alternatively you can consult with a sexologist for counselling and satisfy yourself even if you are not having partner.
Thank you for your question. We all need some sort of physical affection and that is part of being human. But if this is more than that then I suggest you to consult.
