Body louse bites

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hi i have got a body louse situation recently. The main areas were the pubic areas. I consulted a doctor and she gave me perlin lotion 5% which removed the louse completely. But i have got a rash in the pubic area and it causes a lot of itching and scratching would just cause small tears of skin. The skin just becomes a bit whitish as i scratch and as i observe there are no lice present but the itching and the little rash like texture persists. What do i do.?
